Shooting Waterfalls with the large format camera

On Saturday I taught one of my Large Format 101 Workshops.

It's a full day of learning how to use the Large Format camera, having some fun and meeting other photographers with a similar interest in photography.

We started off in the studio but after lunch headed down to the local waterfall to try things in the field.
Michael Hayes, took advantage of the nice weather and travelled by motorbike from his home near New York City. He was learning on his crown graphic.
Rick Crane worked his way right to the base of the waterfalls at Smokey Hallow.
Dan Lawrence bought a Sinar months ago but finally took his first pictures Saturday.
All three said they had fun.
