I saw the light
If you spend enough time lost in Paris, eventually the lights will come on and you'll get a good shot. I shot this on Program on the A550 but dialed the compensation down 1 1/3 stops to get it dark enough.
I am planning to go to Paris this year in Aug. and plus other countries as well starting with England, Spain, Germany, maybe Italy, France and Ireland, should be fun and lots of photo opportunities.
