Chuvalo fights Ali in 66

On this date in 1966 Canadian Heavyweight Champion George Boom Boom Chuvalo went 15 rounds with Champion of the World, Muhammad Ali. This was one of the greatest fights ever to be held at Maple Leaf Gardens.

"He's the toughest guy I ever fought", said Ali following the fight

In 93 professional fights between 1956 and 1979 Chuvalo was never knocked down.
